Is there a free trial?

Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. And if you run 1 truck and 3 dumpsters or fewer, you don't pay at all.

What's included in the free tier?

Every feature. The free tier covers 1 truck and 3 dumpsters, with rentals, customers, dispatch and route optimization, the driver app, invoicing, and QuickBooks sync all turned on.

How does billing work?

You're billed monthly for active trucks and dumpsters: $99 a truck and $6 a dumpster, minus the free ones. Add or retire equipment whenever you like and the next bill follows.

Do my drivers need a special phone or app?

No. The driver app runs in the phone's web browser at driver.boxyard.app, on iPhone or Android, and it keeps working when the signal drops.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. For larger operations we'll help move your customers and rentals over; email [email protected] to get started.

Does Boxyard integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes, with QuickBooks Online. Customers, invoices, and payments sync on their own, so nobody re-keys anything into your books.
